We’re Hiring | Business Development Manager – NCR (Delhi)

Cygnus Voyages Private Limited is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join our growing Corporate Travel team in the Delhi NCR region.

We are building an AI-native Corporate Travel Operating System that helps businesses manage travel, bookings, approvals, expenses, and travel intelligence in one connected ecosystem.

Role: Business Development Manager

? Location: Delhi NCR

Experience: 1–3 years in B2B Sales / Business Development

Industry: Corporate Travel / Travel Management / B2B Services

Employment: Full-time

What you’ll do

- Identify and develop new B2B corporate accounts across Delhi NCR
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and market research
- Understand client travel requirements and present suitable corporate travel solutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets
- Work closely with the operations and internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery




- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update CRM records

What we’re looking for

- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development
- Experience in Corporate Travel, TMC, Travel, Hospitality, SaaS, or B2B services will be an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to independently generate leads and close business
- Target-oriented and proactive approach
- Comfortable meeting corporate clients and travelling within the region when required
- Strong understanding of the Delhi NCR corporate market is a plus
