Sales Executive / Business Development Executive – Liquor ERP Employment Type: Full-time Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month Travel: Extensive travel within assigned Andhra Pradesh territory About the RoleWe are looking for energetic and highly motivated Sales Executives / Business Development Executives to expand our Liquor Retail ERP business across Andhra Pradesh.

We are hiring for three key regions: Vijayawada Region Visakhapatnam Region Nellore / Tirupati Region The ideal candidate should be passionate about field sales, confident in meeting liquor retailers and capable of independently developing business within the assigned territory. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business and acquire liquor retail customers within the assigned territory. Regularly visit liquor shops, bars and prospective customers.

Demonstrate our ERP solution and explain its business benefits. Follow up with leads and convert prospects into paying customers. Build strong relationships with retailers and key decision-makers. Identify competitor activity and new business opportunities.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with implementation and support teams for smooth onboarding.



Maintain regular reporting of market visits, leads, follow-ups and conversions. Travel extensively within the assigned region.

Candidate ProfileWe are looking for someone who is: Self-motivated and target-driven Energetic and proactive Strong in field sales Comfortable meeting retailers and business owners Valuable in communication, negotiation and relationship-building Capable of independently developing an assigned territory Willing to travel extensively within Andhra Pradesh Focused on achieving measurable sales results Qualification & ExperienceAny Graduation 3–5 years of Sales / Business Development experience Strong field-sales experience preferred Experience in Retail, ERP, SaaS, POS, FMCG, Liquor Industry or Retail Technology is an added advantage Good knowledge of the local market and retailer network is preferred Compensation Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month , depending on experience and capability. This is a salary-based role. No sales incentive component.
