Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with experience in cybersecurity, audit, risk, privacy, and compliance consulting services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and manage business opportunities across consulting, assurance, cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance services.
- Drive opportunities for services including:

o SOC 1 and SOC 2 o ISO 27001 / ISMS o GDPR and DPDP compliance o Privacy and data protection assessments o IT Audit / ITGC o Risk and gap assessments o Third-Party Risk Management o Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery o Vulnerability Assessment o Penetration Testing o Web and Mobile Application Security Testing o Network and Infrastructure Security Testing o Configuration Reviews o Cloud Security Assessments o API Security Testing o Red Teaming o Source Code Review o Security Architecture Reviews o Cybersecurity Maturity Assessments o Other cybersecurity and technology risk advisory services
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation and client discussions through commercial negotiation and closure.




- Work closely with the Presales and Consulting teams to understand client requirements, define the appropriate solution, and support scoping and client discussions.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and provide regular business forecasts.

Preferred Profile

- 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales within cybersecurity, audit, risk, compliance, or consulting services.
- Good understanding of SOC, ISO 27001, VAPT, and related cybersecurity services.
- Solid communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-management skills.
- Experience in professional services or consultative selling is preferred.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
