We are looking for BDM Who can work from the office as well as Remote

· Excellent written and verbal communication

· Keep prospective client database updated

· Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities

· Must have good negotiation & convincing skills

· Manage CRM Software.

· Maintain knowledge of service offerings of the company

· Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers, submission of quotations

Role

1. Ability to be involved in all stages of a sales life cycle from lead generation to sales closure and maintain ongoing relationships with clients.
2. Generate own leads through Emails, Linkedin, Social media, etc channels
3. Maintain leads by continuous follow ups. Call/Email leads and close sales as required.
4. Draft contracts for new clients,



ensure continuous billing, etc.
5. Maintain relationships with clients on ongoing basis to ensure business continuity.

Requirements

- Excellent English verbal communication and written skill
- Valuable Email Marketing Skills
- Experience with social media marketing
- Excellent customer service skills
- Prior experience in the outsourcing industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
