Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive franchise expansion and generate recent business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential franchise partners, managing the complete sales cycle, and contributing to the company's growth by expanding the preschool network across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Qualify leads for preschool franchise opportunities.
- Conduct franchise presentations, business meetings, and investment discussions.




- Guide prospective franchise partners through the complete sales and onboarding process.
- Build strong relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and education professionals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
- Coordinate with operations, marketing, and academic teams during franchise setup.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records.
- Represent the brand at exhibitions, seminars, and networking events when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–4 years of experience in Franchise Development, Business Development, or Sales.
- Experience in the education, preschool, B2B, or EdTech industry preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
