Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage and coach the BDE team; own individual and team performance.

- Set and drive targets for MQLs, outreach, meetings and conversion.

- Own outbound demand generation through cold calling, email, LinkedIn and other prospecting channels.

- Develop and optimize outreach strategies, messaging, campaigns and prospecting processes.

- Ensure MQL quality and effective handoff to Sales.

- Monitor performance, identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.

- Maintain CRM discipline, reporting and data quality.

- Partner with Sales and Marketing to improve lead quality, conversion and pipeline contribution.

- Drive new ideas, experiments and initiatives to scale demand generation.

Executive Reporting

- Provide a weekly executive-level report covering MQLs vs. target, pipeline/meetings,



conversion, channel performance, key issues, actions and next-week priorities.

- Act as the single point of accountability for BDE performance and provide insights and outcomes to leadership.

Ideal Candidate

- 10+ years in B2B Business Development/Inside Sales, with experience managing SDR/BDE/BDR teams.

- Strong outbound prospecting, coaching, analytics and performance-management skills.

- Highly target-driven, proactive and comfortable owning business outcomes.
