Key Responsibilities:

Approach shoppers across the mall and introduce them to our loyalty programme

Explain perks such as points, discounts, exclusive offers, early access to sales & special occasions benefits

Encourage shoppers to enrol by highlighting savings and rewards

Achieve daily/weekly enrolment targets

Track and report daily enrolments

Identify high-footfall areas and engage with shoppers effectively

What We Offer:

? Fixed Stipend: ₹4,000–₹5,000/month

? Incentives: ₹4,000–₹10,000/month based on performance
