Role Description The Business Development Executive role at Organo Mart is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with potential and existing customers. On a day-to-day basis, the Business Development Executive will conduct market research, reach out to prospects, present product offerings, and follow up to drive sales and customer retention.

The role also includes managing key accounts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities. The position requires proactive communication, regular field visits, and participation in promotions or events to expand the brand’s presence.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.




- Candidates should possess skills in Business and Account Management to manage client relationships and support revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Experience in sales or business development, preferably in FMCG, retail, or organic products, is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, conduct field visits, and travel locally as needed.
- Comfort with basic CRM or sales tracking tools and proficiency in MS Office or similar software.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a goal-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Relevant education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
