Job Summary

Skyy Rider Electric Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in the automobile industry . The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building customer relationships, and contributing to sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through calls, references, online platforms, and market visits.
- Identify potential customers, dealers, distributors, and business partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and convert prospects into business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales reports as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Conduct market research and monitor market and competitor activities.




- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
- Participate in client meetings, exhibitions, dealer meetings, and other business development activities when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in the Automobile Industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of automobile products and basic understanding of the automotive market.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Strong customer handling and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for business requirements.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
