Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building long-term relationships with clients in various industries.

The Business Development

Executive will conduct market research, present product offerings, prepare quotations, and negotiate terms to close deals. Daily activities include coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, maintaining sales reports,



and participating in client meetings and industry events. The role also requires proactive follow-up with prospects, nurturing existing accounts, and contributing to sales strategies that support the company’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

- Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation abilities.
- Market research and analytical skills to identify opportunities, understand industry trends, and support strategic decision-making.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for client meetings, product demonstrations, and proposal development.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, follow up consistently, and maintain accurate records.
- Comfort working with CRM tools, basic MS Office applications, and digital communication platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in printing, packaging, or manufacturing industries is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in office in Pune City, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and meet defined sales targets.
