We are looking for a Business Development Executive – Field Marketing who is confident in communication, interested in meeting people, and motivated to develop new business opportunities through field activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers and business opportunities.
- Conduct field visits to meet prospective clients and generate leads.
- Promote company products and services to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and business development targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team for customer requirements and follow-ups.
- Maintain regular reports of field visits, leads and customer interactions.
- Identify recent opportunities for business growth in the local market.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and presentable personality
- Good Tamil and English communication skills
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills
- Willingness to travel locally for field visits
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Basic computer knowledge
- Freshers with good interest in sales, marketing and business development are welcome
- Previous experience in field marketing, sales or business development is an added advantage
