Qualification

- Any degree or diploma from a recognised institution.

- Candidates from Business Management, Marketing, Commerce, Hospitality, Event Management, or related fields are preferred.

- 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, event management, hospitality, or a similar field.

Freshers with good communication skills and confidence may also apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Find and approach potential clients for events and related services.

- Contact companies, brands, individuals, and organisations to introduce our event management services.

- Understand the client's event requirements, budget, and expectations.

- Arrange meetings with potential clients and attend client meetings when required.

- Prepare and share basic quotations, proposals, and presentations with the support of the team.

- Follow up with clients regularly and convert enquiries into confirmed projects.

- Maintain good relationships with existing clients and look for repeat business.

- Coordinate with the internal creative, production, and operations teams to understand project requirements.

- Keep track of enquiries, follow-ups, quotations,



and confirmed projects.

- Attend networking events, exhibitions, corporate meetings, and other opportunities to generate new business.

- Keep yourself updated about event trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.

- Achieve the business development targets given by the company.

What We Are Looking For

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable speaking with clients over phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person.

- Basic sales and negotiation skills.

- Ability to understand client requirements and explain our services clearly.

- Positive follow-up skills and a positive attitude.

- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings when required.

- Ability to work as part of a team.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools.

- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and follow-ups.

- A genuine interest in events, marketing, and meeting new people.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
