Post : Business Development - B2B Inside Sales

Location : Malad, Mumbai

Experience : Min 6 months - 1 year

Qualification : Graduate

Salary : 6 LPA

Job Profile -

- Identify and develop new B2B customers across target industries.
- Generate leads through market research cold calling, references, exhibitions, and customer visits.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Generate inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close orders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch teams for timely order execution and delivery.
- Follow up with customers for payments and outstanding receivables.
- Conduct regular customer visits and maintain visit reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Attend exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry/customer meetings.




- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and sales pipelines.
- Maintain updated customer and lead records in the ERP/CRM system.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in industrial/B2B sales and client handling.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.
