Position: Business Development Executive – IT Sales

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in IT Sales / Business Development.

The candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, pitching IT services, handling client discussions, building relationships and contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn and other channels
- Pitch IT services and software solutions to prospective clients
- Conduct client meetings and presentations, both virtual and in-person
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare and share proposals and quotations
- Maintain accurate lead/client records in CRM
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for project discussions
- Follow up with prospects and move opportunities through the sales pipeline




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills
- 6 Months–1.5+ Years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development
- Robust verbal and written communication skills
- Good presentation, negotiation and client-handling skills
- Experience with CRM tools and lead-tracking systems
- Understanding of web development, app development and software/IT solutions
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales environment

Preferred Experience
- B2B / software services sales experience
- Experience in proposal preparation
- Exposure to RFP handling
- Candidates who can join immediately or within 30 days

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
