Role Description The Business Development Executive - IT will work full time in office at our Chennai office, focusing on identifying and developing new business opportunities for the agency’s technology and digital solutions.

Responsibilities include researching potential clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and presenting tailored proposals that align with client needs. The role will involve regular meetings with clients and internal teams to manage accounts, maintain strong relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.

Executive will collaborate closely with marketing, design, and technical teams to translate client requirements into clear business opportunities and support revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, pursue, and secure new clients.




- Solid understanding of Business and account growth strategies within IT, digital, or marketing services.
- Excellent Communication skills for client presentations, negotiations, and internal collaboration.
- Experience in Account Management, including building long-term client relationships and managing ongoing engagements.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, website development, or IT solutions, with the ability to understand and explain service offerings.
- Proven ability to work with sales targets, manage pipelines, and use CRM tools effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
