Job Summary

Green Worms Waste Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to support business growth through customer outreach, lead generation, sales coordination, and relationship management across B2B and retail business segments.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify potential customers and new business opportunities through market research and customer outreach.
- Connect with prospective customers, understand their requirements, and share relevant service information.
- Schedule customer meetings and coordinate follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads and support the sales process.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, quotations, customer onboarding, and service requirements.
- Monitor relevant market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, meetings, and sales activities.
- Update CRM and other sales records as required.




- Prepare and submit regular sales and activity reports.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, customer relations, or a related role.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications and strong interest in business development may also be considered.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
