- Thind Eye Hospital is hiring a Business Development Executive to expand patient outreach and strengthen the hospitals presence in the assigned territory
- The executive will identify and develop relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, corporates, schools, colleges, industries, NGOs, insurance partners and community organisations

- Responsibilities include planning daily field visits, generating qualified patient leads, arranging eye-screening camps and awareness programmes, coordinating institutional tie-ups and following up on referrals in an ethical and qualified manner
- The candidate will explain the hospitals clinical services, technology, specialists and appointment process accurately, without making unapproved medical or outcome claims

- They will work closely with the Centre Head, marketing team, counsellors and clinical departments to convert enquiries into appointments and ensure a smooth patient journey
- The role requires preparation of visit reports, lead trackers, camp summaries, competitor updates and monthly performance reports




- The executive will monitor the effectiveness of activities, collect market feedback and recommend opportunities for new outreach locations or partnerships

- They must maintain confidentiality, comply with hospital policies and protect the organisations professional reputation
- The position is field-oriented and requires local travel, disciplined follow-up and achievement of agreed outreach, lead, camp and revenue targets

- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, a presentable personality, knowledge of the local market and confidence in meeting senior professionals
- A two-wheeler and valid driving licence are desirable

- Experience in hospitals, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, insurance or other healthcare services will be preferred
- The ideal candidate is energetic, target-driven, ethical and capable of building long-term professional relationships
