Job Summary:

NubraMedia Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Business Development Executive / Online Bidder with 1–2 years of experience and hands-on experience with online bidding portals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through online bidding platforms.
- Prepare and submit client proposals.
- Handle platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, or similar portals.
- Understand client requirements and communicate effectively.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain client relationships and bidding records.
- Coordinate with the internal team for project requirements.

Requirements





- 1–2 years of relevant experience in online bidding/business development.
- Mandatory: Experience with bidding portals.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proposal writing, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of IT services/web development is an advantage.
