LeadLab Ads is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, communicate with potential clients, understand their marketing requirements, and convert qualified prospects into clients.
Candidates with previous experience in a digital marketing, advertising, creative, or marketing agency will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients
Generate and qualify new business leads
Handle client calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and follow-ups
Understand client marketing requirements
Present digital marketing services and proposals
Schedule and conduct client meetings
Follow up on proposals and close sales opportunities
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams
Maintain accurate lead and sales pipeline updates
Work towards monthly business development targets
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role
Agency experience is preferred,
especially digital marketing or advertising
Qualification: Any Degree
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Valuable client-handling and presentation skills
Ability to follow up consistently and close opportunities
Basic understanding of digital marketing services is preferred
Languages: English and Malayalam required
Arabic communication skills will be an added advantage
