About us

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our regulatory compliance team. This role is ideal for freshers who are interested in sales, client interaction, and learning about government and regulatory compliances such as EPR, FSSAI License, Drug License, LMPC Registration, and related services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Identify potential clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable regulatory services
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and convert qualified leads into customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Prepare quotations/proposals and coordinate with the operations team for smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales records, follow-up trackers/MIS, and consistently achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi




- Willingness to learn regulatory and legal compliance services
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Internet)
- Positive attitude and eagerness to build a career in sales
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple leads and deadlines

Eligibility Criteria
- MBA freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- MBA in Sales/Marketing will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
