Job Title: Business Development Associate (International Sales & Marketing)

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to drive sales growth, generate leads, and support digital marketing initiatives. The candidate should have basic knowledge of SEO Sales process along with strong communication skills.

Role & Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, Video meeting, and other channels.
- Handle end-to-end sales process (lead generation to closing deals)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with lead team and other associate members.
- Basic SEO analysis like keyword research, content suggestions,



and website optimization.
- Maintain sales reports and update CRM regularly.

Required Skills:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Ability to work under targets and pressure.
- Good presentation and convincing skills.
- Familiarity with MS Excel / CRM tools.

Educational Qualification: Any Degree / MBA (Marketing or HR)

Experience:

Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in International Calling or Sales profile.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
