Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced manage end-to-end project coordination activities for solar tracker orders. The candidate will be responsible for customer coordination, technical review, production planning, procurement support, order execution, and on-time delivery management.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with customers for order confirmation and project requirements.

- Review technical drawings and specifications before production commencement.

- Monitor production planning and ensure optimum utilization of manufacturing capacity.

- Confirm raw material requirements and release production orders.

- Support procurement team in technical evaluation and confirmation of outsourced items.

- Plan and monitor delivery schedules as per customer commitments.

- Prepare component-wise production costing and project cost analysis.

- Coordinate with project site teams for material dispatch and delivery confirmation.

- Create and manage Sales Orders in SAP.

- Collaborate with Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality,



and Logistics teams for smooth project execution.

- Track project progress and provide regular updates to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Industry Preference: Solar Tracker, Solar Structures, Renewable Energy, Heavy Engineering, Fabrication Manufacturing

- Experience in project coordination, production planning, customer handling, and order execution.

- Valuable understanding of manufacturing processes, BOM, technical drawings, and costing.

- Hands-on experience in SAP ERP.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
