About the Role

Diligence Certifications is hiring driven, highly motivated Business Development Executives and Technical Sales Engineers to expand our client base. This role bridges the gap between technical compliance and consultative sales. You will drive revenue by identifying prospective clients, understanding their regulatory requirements, and pitching our certification services across key industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Identify, prospect, and connect with potential clients via cold calling, email outreach, networking, and direct meetings.
- Consultative Selling: Analyze prospective clients' technical needs to recommend appropriate compliance and certification frameworks.
- Domain Knowledge: Pitch specialized compliance services, including BIS, ISI mark, CRS, FMCS, and related regulatory standards.
- Deal Closing: Prepare tailored commercial proposals, negotiate pricing, handle follow-ups, and close new business accounts.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for accounts, maintaining long-term partnerships to drive renewals and referrals.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.




- Pipeline Management: Maintain structured records of client communications in CRM/MS Office while working toward monthly revenue targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Educational Background:
- B.Tech / B.E. in Chemical, Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering. (CS/IT streams are not eligible)
- MBA graduates with a specialization in Marketing.
- Experience: Open to Freshers (2024–2026 graduates preferred).
- Location Preference: Candidates residing in Noida, Greater Noida, or Delhi are preferred.
