We are looking for a Business Data Analyst who can analyze business data, identify trends, create meaningful reports, and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on knowledge of SQL, Excel, Power BI, and basic Python.

Freshers with relevant projects and candidates with up to 4 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Collect, clean, transform, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Write SQL queries to extract and analyze business data.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Prepare business reports and MIS reports using Excel.
- Track and analyze KPIs, metrics, and business performance.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements.




- Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Perform data validation and identify data quality issues.
- Present analytical findings and insights to business teams.
- Support forecasting, performance analysis, and business planning activities.
- Maintain and improve existing dashboards and reports.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of SQL.
- Good hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
- Understanding of data cleaning, data analysis, and visualization.
- Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis is preferred.
- Understanding of statistics and business KPIs.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
