I2GO Global is looking for a confident and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves handling leads, contacting potential candidates, explaining our Germany career and recruitment services, and converting interested leads into registrations or consultations.

Key Responsibilities

- Make inbound and outbound calls to potential candidates.

- Contact leads generated through social media, advertisements, website enquiries, and other channels.

- Explain I2GO Global’s Germany recruitment, job placement, training, and related services.

- Understand candidates’ qualifications, experience, interests, and career requirements.

- Qualify leads based on their eligibility and interest in working in Germany.

- Handle candidate questions and provide accurate information about the process.

- Follow up regularly with interested candidates through calls and messages.

- Handle objections professionally and maintain valuable communication with candidates.

- Convert qualified and interested leads into registrations/consultations.

- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, lead status, and candidate details in CRM/Excel.





- Coordinate with the recruitment and counselling teams for further processing.

Requirements

- Previous experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, or lead generation is preferred.

- Freshers are also welcome to apply.

- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confident and professional telephone communication.

- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.

- Ability to understand customer requirements and explain services clearly.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel/CRM.

- Willingness to learn and grow in a sales-oriented role.

- Experience in international recruitment, overseas education, immigration, or Germany-related services will be an advantage.
