- Conduct competitor and micro-market analysis.
- Evaluate investment feasibility, expected returns, rental yield, and associated risks.
- Prepare market intelligence reports, investment chance assessments, and management presentations.
- Provide data-driven insights to support property acquisition, development, pricing, and investment strategy.
