Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Consultant who can work closely with clients across different industries to understand their business challenges, identify opportunities, and develop practical strategies for growth and transformation.

The role involves business analysis, strategy consulting, process improvement, sales & marketing improvement, team development, and business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client businesses, objectives, challenges, and growth plans.
- Conduct business audits and identify operational, sales, marketing, HR, and management gaps.
- Develop business growth strategies and transformation plans for clients.
- Analyse business performance, processes, KPIs, and organizational structure.
- Develop practical recommendations and implementation roadmaps.
- Work with clients to improve sales performance, operational efficiency, and team productivity.
- Develop and improve SOPs, KPIs, processes, and management systems.
- Conduct client meetings, business reviews, and strategy sessions.
- Support clients during implementation and track progress against agreed objectives.
- Prepare consulting reports, presentations, action plans, and business analysis.
- Coordinate with internal StepX teams to deliver consulting projects.
- Build strong long-term relationships with clients.

Candidate Profile

- Any Bachelor's degree; MBA/PG qualification is an advantage.
- 13 years of experience in business consulting, management, sales, operations, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of business operations and management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with business owners and senior management.
- Solid documentation and report-writing skills.
- Willingness to work across different industries and business environments.
- Ability to travel for client visits when required.
