Skills and/or Certifications

Must to haveStrong change management capability, with experience applying structured methodologies pragmatically in complex business transformation environments.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and influencing skills, including the ability to engage senior leaders and operational teams.

Ability to translate complex process, system, and organisational change into transparent, practical messaging for different audiences.

DesirableProven ability to conduct change impact assessments, readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, and resistance management planning.Ability to design adoption strategies, communications approaches, training needs, business enablement materials, and reinforcement plans.Ability to operate effectively within global or multi-region delivery environments, balancing global consistency with local adoption needs.Ability to support technology-enabled business transformation by translating system, process,



and operating model change into practical business enablement activity.

Education & Experience

Essential

Minimum of 5 years experience in change management, business transformation, organisational development, business enablement, or a closely related role.

Significant experience supporting complex, cross-functional change initiatives that affect processes, systems, roles, behaviours, and operating models.

Experience working with senior stakeholders, sponsors, people leaders, and impacted operational teams to drive adoption and embed change.

Desirable

Relevant Change Management certification such as Prosci / ADKAR, APMG, ACMP, or CMI change management or equivalent experience.

Experience using delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office.

Agile, Lean Six Sigma, enablement, communications, or organisational development experience.
