We use a combination of both traditional and modern approaches to direct sales and marketing to acquire a fresh customer base for our clients This is done by our organically developed process of training that focuses on creating a quality-oriented and enthusiastic group of associates with an entrepreneurial drive in them to eventually partner us in our internal expansion.

We are constantly working with our clients to build a marketing solution wherein we get a clear understanding of the activities we are meant to perform, be it short term surgical campaign or a long-term agenda including outsourcing, we are one-stop-shop for all their requirements. We select our new joiners as Business Associate and train and develop them holistically in all functional areas of Business Management viz. Marketing, HR, Finance and Operations over a period of 6 - 8 months as per the following Global Training Module

Business Owner Partner (Basics of Business Administration finances & Operations)

Business Head (Strategic Plan & Manage Resources & Clients, run a marketing unit using your business decisions for its growth & profitability)

We specialize in developing and running commercial and community campaigns for customer engagement. We offer tailored marketing and outsourcing solutions to take the products, services or brands which we associate directly to their existing or potential customers.

Majority of our focus has been to acquire customers, however the services we offer range from sales campaign management, events, roadshows, road trips, field marketing and many other practices that fall under its banner, The primary focus is to provide customers with memorable and positive brand experience, this is the spirit of the business.

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for an entrepreneurial candidate with extremely strong execution and social skills to join our team as a business development executive, this is a high- engagement role and thus requires a candidate who is extremely motivated, dedicated, and passionate about their responsibilities.

What will you do?

Using BTL and other marketing activities to acquire new customers for our clients.





Involves leading and managing a team of up to 30 candidates working in various functions of the organization.

Interacting with new prospective blue-chip companies and closing deals.

Create high Brand Recall among Target Groups to increase Sales.

Communicate with target customers and manage customer relationships.

Execute the Below the Line (BTL) activities to create awareness.

Training and developing new candidates.

Create an amazing customer experience for recent members so that they believe being a part of our client is the best decision they have ever made.

Continue to build up our member community with the goal of developing advocates, successful referring relationships that will be measured by a target.

Continuously improvise on the SOP Manual in collaboration with management.

Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction, encourage feedback, suggest solutions and execute improvements.
