- Responsible for high-level executive support toMD with business coordination responsibilities.
- Act as a trusted partner to leadership, ensuring data analysis,creating insights, data tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
- Develop dashboards using Power BI and SharePoint, enhancing data visualization and project
- Manage and prioritize the executive’s calendar, meetings, and travel plans
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and MOMs.
- Conduct data analysis and synthesize & create crisp reports and dashboards.
- Simplify complex data into meaningful insights, helping leadership priorities.

INCUMBENT PROFILE:





- Engineer/MBA with 3-5 years of experience as a agile EA/Chief of Staff, bringing expertise in enhancing Executive’s productivity, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and driving strategic initiatives.
- Dedicated in streamlining operations and project management, transforming organizational vision into actionable plans, ensuring seamless execution, and delivering impactful results
- Strong in communications,analytics & presentations skills.
