Role Description The Business Analyst role at YAE Services is a full-time, on-site position located in Visakhapatnam.

The Business

Analyst will work closely with clients and internal teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements across ERP implementations, low-code solutions, and strategic technology initiatives. Daily responsibilities include mapping and optimizing business processes, preparing functional specifications, collaborating with technical teams to translate requirements into system designs, and supporting testing and validation of solutions. The role also involves conducting stakeholder workshops,



preparing clear documentation and reports, and providing ongoing support to ensure that delivered solutions align with client objectives and drive measurable business value.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in business analysis and business requirements gathering, with experience translating needs into transparent functional specifications.
- Understanding of business process mapping and optimization, preferably within ERP or workflow automation environments.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to work with diverse stakeholders, facilitate discussions, and present findings clearly.
- Experience in IT consulting, ERP implementation (e.g., Odoo), or low-code platforms (e.g., Zoho Creator) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with tools for documentation, process modeling, and requirements management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Visakhapatnam, manage multiple projects, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in supply chain domain would be added advantage.
