The global PDM-Quality team is part of the BizTech team and delivers projects and support for the product data management and quality applications used in TwiningsOvaltine. The team operates as the single point of contact for requests and issues from all Business units globally.

Purpose

The Business Analyst performs a vital role in providing a seamless relationship between Technology and quality, product data management (PDM) business functions, support the rollout projects globally, keep the focus on the global use of the systems and integration with global ERP, develop solutions, and support for existing applications.

Scope

This role will support and provide solutions for the Quality and Product Data Management (PDM) business functions and processes in TwiningsOvo's international business.

Key Responsibilities

- Acts as the effective liaison between IT, business partners, and consulting vendors by communicating requirements, business processes, and issues.
- Develops business relationships and liaises with other IT areas to ensure successful implementation and support for all project efforts.
- Responsible for all existing business applications in QA/QM and Development and their interfaces to other systems
- Supports the business in analyzing business processes and propose possible solutions




- Further development and support of the processes / applications in the mentioned areas as required
- Be part of the project team for rollout and implementation projects around the globe
- Creates compelling business cases
- Builds an understanding of Twinings Ovo value drivers within quality and product data management area and draw upon industry-specific knowledge to clearly articulate benefits in business language.
- Accurately measures the contribution of IT projects to business value. Track results of the solutions provided.
- Helps business partners communicate the solution value to key stakeholders.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Experience:

- BE / BTECH / MCA / M.Sc.(computers) / M.E. / M.Tech
- Experience: 3+ Years
- Business analyst for quality applications/processes in a food industry.
- Strong in problem solving, design principles and business analyses topics
- Client facing experience and good communication skills verbal and written
- Ability to gather high quality business requirements, and analyse these to derive solutions
- Ability to support existing IT applications – fault-finding, analysis and recommending appropriate corrective actions
- CPG industry experience
- Experience of working in a fast-paced international business, comfortable with change and ambiguity. Able to deliver change to the business.
- Experience on master data, SAP, PDM would be preferred
- Experience of working with teams in multiple locations, and remotely
- Awareness of Cyber Security and Information Security

- Analytical thinking and problem solving with affinity for detail, design, quality, processes
- Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking who can work on own initiative with a sense of urgency whilst working collaboratively
- Able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders in order to truly understand the underlying needs of the business.
- Solid analytical and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer / business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
- Project experience with agile project methods
