Every project we build is custom, so our Business Analysts work directly with real clients to turn complex, sometimes messy requirements into working solutions, not just configure an off-the-shelf product.

We're looking for a senior consultant-style Business Analyst with experience of 7 to 10 years who has worked across many different businesses and industries, and can walk into almost any organisation and start making sense of its challenges from day one. You will bring outside perspective and pattern recognition from a wide range of past engagements, quickly get to the heart of a business issue from any angle, whether commercial, operational, technical or process related, and guide clients toward the right solution with confidence.

Client Advisory & Leadership

- Trusted Advisor: Analyse client issues from a holistic business lens, not just a software perspective.
- Lead Requirements: Run discovery sessions across multiple concurrent projects with little ramp-up time.
- Senior Voice: Challenge client assumptions and proposed solutions confidently when needed.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations, align clients, and resolve conflicting requirements.

Solution Design & Delivery

- Problem Solving: Break down complex, unclear business problems into actionable solutions.
- End-to-End BA Deliverables: Own process maps, user stories, functional specs, prototypes, and acceptance criteria.
- UI/UX Validation: Design and validate flows and prototypes alongside developers and clients.
- Trade-Off Analysis: Weigh scope, technical feasibility, timeline, and budget to support design decisions.
- Risk Management: Spot scope risks, requirement gaps, and ambiguity early to prevent delivery issues.
- Evaluate Solutions: Measure proposed software against business requirements and technical constraints.





Innovation & Team Growth

- AI Tool Productivity: Use AI thoughtfully to improve solution design, documentation, and prototyping.
- Mentorship: Review the work of junior and mid-level BAs to raise the quality bar.
- Process Improvement: Shape BA processes and best practices using your broad consulting background.

REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

Experience & Consulting Skills

- Senior Expertise: 7 to 10 years of experience as a BA consultant, ideally in client-facing environments.
- Rapid Adaptability: Ability to enter a current business with little context and instantly identify underlying issues.
- Multi-Project Management: Experience owning requirements across several concurrent, diverse projects.
- English Fluency: Excellent written and spoken English with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.

Technical & Design Capabilities

- AI Literacy: Hands-on experience using AI tools for analysis, prototyping, and requirement reviews.
- Technical Grounding: Basic understanding of data models, APIs, integrations, and tech trade-offs.
- UI/UX Mockups: Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and turning designs into developer specs.
