Role Description

This full-time, in office Business Analyst role is based in Dehradun.

The Business

Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements related to supply chain and SAP IBP implementations. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing existing business processes, identifying gaps, proposing improvements, and translating business needs into clear functional specifications. The role involves preparing reports and presentations, supporting solution design and testing, and collaborating with consultants and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.





The Business

Analyst will also participate in client workshops, provide ongoing support, and contribute to continuous improvement of methodologies and tools.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data, trends, and process performance.
- Proficiency in Business Analysis and Business Requirements gathering, documentation, and validation.
- Experience in understanding and optimizing Business Process workflows, especially in supply chain or related domains.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written documentation and confident stakeholder interaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Familiarity with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or other enterprise planning tools is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to inclusive, respectful workplace practices.
