Business Pod Responsibilities

- Requirement gathering and process redesign
- Product ownership and backlog management
- Business case development and solution evaluation
- UAT coordination and rollout support
- Adoption, change management and benefits realization tracking
- Vendor and stakeholder coordination

Governance Pod purpose & role

- Integrate digital leadership, product owners, partner pod leads and functional stakeholders into a common governance rhythm.
- Track delivery performance, priorities, quality, capacity utilization, spend and cross-pod dependencies.
- Ensure explicit escalation paths from pod level to program level and then to the Steering Committee.
- Embed release gates, infosec, safety and audit requirements into the delivery cadence instead of leaving them as late-stage checks.
- Support capacity-based contracting through KPI-based performance management, preset rates, quarterly / annual SOWs or blanket POs, and transparent reporting
