We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Merchant Helpdesk team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and proficiency in data analysis tools. The Business Analyst will drive data-driven decision-making, create insightful dashboards, and improve merchant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer support data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Looker Data Studio, Google Sheets, and Advanced Excel to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Write SQL queries to extract data from databases and perform data analysis.
- Create data visualizations and storytelling to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain reports to measure customer satisfaction, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and other relevant metrics.
- Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide data-driven recommendations.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in customer support and satisfaction or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in:
- SQL
- Advanced Excel
- Google Sheets
- Superset or Any BI Tool
- Familiarity with Python scripting and libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) is desirable.
- Excellent data visualization and storytelling skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields.
Nice to Have
- Certification in data analysis or business analytics.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
