Duties and Responsibilities:

 Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for the project,and translating these into functional specifications and detailed test plans.

 Analyze and document business processes.

 Document workflows and results of business analysis and obtain sign-off from clienton the specifications.

 To provide the link between the customer, development team and any third-partyregarding software functionality, throughout the development lifecycle.

 Day to day management of change requests in relation to the project plans to ensureagreed deadlines are met.

 Weekly reports to be produced for the project manager showing progress againstoutstanding milestones,



status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies.

Skills Required

 Should be well versed with the Travel Industry and Domain.

 Demonstrable evidence of analyzing and documenting complex business processes.

 Demonstrable experience writing requirements specifications for InformationSystems.

 A proven track record in Software Development.

 End to end experience of the project lifecycle.

 Experience in Agile.

 Proven experience interacting directly with end users – customer facing role.

 Experience in working on system integrations via API.

 Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

 Willingness to travel to ODL client sites as required.

 Desire and willingness to travel to client site to conduct training workshops.

Experience Required

 3-5 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis

Educational Qualifications

 Graduate in relevant IT field

 Preferable in Software Engineering

Note: Currently doing data analysis or playing the role of Implementation consultant along with BA – If yes, check the weightage of each role (more than 20 percent of Data analysis or Implementation Consultant then candidate is not suitable).
