We are looking for a Business Analyst with 1–2 years of experience to join our Payments Product Team. The candidate will work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Business teams to gather requirements, prepare documentation, and support product development and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Prepare BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Support Agile/SDLC activities, testing, and product rollouts.
- Perform basic data analysis using SQL.
- Maintain product and functional documentation.
- Support payment product enhancements and issue resolution.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Good understanding of BRD, FSD, User Stories, Agile & SDLC.
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
- Basic knowledge of SQL/data analysis.
- Valuable communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Exposure to UPI, Card Payments, POS, Payment Gateway, or Merchant Acquiring is preferred.
