Key Responsibilities

- Client Requirement Analysis: Gather and analyze client-specific requirements and map them to the product features.
- Customization & Configuration: Work with product and technical teams to configure and customize the product to meet client needs.
- Implementation Planning: Develop and manage implementation timelines, ensuring alignment with client and internal stakeholders.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including use cases, requirement specifications, and process flows.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact between the client and internal teams, ensuring transparent communication and alignment on project goals.
- Training & Support: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for client teams. Provide ongoing support during the implementation phase.
- Testing & Validation: Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the product meets client expectations.




- Post-Implementation Support: Provide support during the go-live phase and handle any issues or changes required post-implementation.

Skills & Qualifications

- Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the company’s product and its features.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with product configuration, basic scripting, and database management (SQL).
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in adapting the product to meet specific client needs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively liaising with clients and internal teams.
- Project Management: Ability to manage project timelines, resources, and risks.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. Certifications in business analysis or project management are a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the industry in which the product is used, which helps in aligning the product features with industry-specific needs.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Vision, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
