- Support and ensure the successful completion of analytical, development, testing, and deployment activities for software product features.

- Prepare and provide regular reports to the Director, COO, and other stakeholders.

- Identify common sources of technical issues and user queries and provide recommendations to the Product Team.

- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and end users to ensure effective communication and resolution of requirements.

- Coordinate module training, implementation, and user adoption.

- Prepare and regularly update reports identifying processes that require automation.

- Prepare Software Requirements Specification (SRS) documents and coordinate with the IT team and vendors for execution.

- Shortlist and onboard suitable vendors for software development and implementation as required.





- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's business operations and processes.

- Work closely with the Operations and IT teams/vendors to implement process automation initiatives.

- Collaborate effectively with clients, technicians, and managerial staff to understand requirements and ensure successful project execution.

- Act as a vital link between the organization's IT capabilities and its business objectives, ensuring that technology solutions effectively support business requirements.
