Allo Health is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Analyst Intern to join our Patient Experience Team at our Indiranagar office in Bangalore. Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst Intern on the Program Design Team, you will:

- Collaborate with business teams to gather, analyse and visualise data, providing insights that drive program improvements.
- Assist in the design and implementation of data-driven strategies to enhance patient experience & repeat.
- Work closely with the clinical team to provide analytical support, helping to optimise patient outcomes.




- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel and SQL to track key program metrics.
- Participate in meetings and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to both business and clinical teams.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and visualisation.
- Proficiency in SQL to extract and manipulate data from databases.
- Analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude to work effectively with business and clinical teams.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
