About the Role

Giggso is looking for an analytical, proactive Business Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to bridge the gap between our business needs and technical execution. In this role, you will collaborate directly with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to define, groom, and test creative Generative AI use cases. You will play a vital role in transforming complex business workflows into actionable solution specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Requirements & GenAI Integration: Partner with Product Owners to clarify, evaluate, and groom requirements specifically tailored for Generative AI use cases. Uncover operational gaps and drive continuous process improvements.

- SDLC & Dev Coordination: Translate business requirements into technical user stories, follow up closely with development teams,



and ensure clear execution using Agile methodologies.

- Quality Assurance & User Testing: Assist in testing developed solutions to verify they satisfy business criteria. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), monitor testing progress, and address business partner feedback.

- Stakeholder Engagement & Demos: Facilitate functional meetings, lead feature demonstrations, and provide ongoing enablement support to business partners implementing GenAI capabilities.

- Reporting & Data Visualization: Design, build, and maintain business reports and interactive dashboards using modern data visualization tools to track solution impact and key metrics.

Required Qualifications

- Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar technical-functional role.

- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to present complex data and bridge technical concepts with business stakeholder needs.

- Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation, influence, and relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams.

- Agile Proficiency: Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies and toolsets (e.g., Jira).

- Ownership: Self-motivated starter capable of prioritizing tasks and delivering under tight timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Practical exposure to or working knowledge of Generative AI projects and workflows.

- Domain knowledge in Sales Quoting or Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles.
