Responsibilities

- Support delivery of engagements across process assessment, GST / e-invoicing compliance, and finance transformation initiatives
- Analyse business processes, datasets, and system workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Work closely with client stakeholders to gather requirements, validate findings, and align on actionable outcomes
- Develop structured deliverables including presentations,



analysis reports,dashboards, and process documentation
- Contribute to adjacent initiatives such as:
- Automation / low-code implementations

- PMO tracking and governance
- Data analytics and reporting solutions
- Support implementation and stabilization activities across ERP and digital transformation programs

Functional & Technical Skills:

- Strong understanding of business process analysis and data validation techniques
- Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or other analytics tools preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Exposure to automation / low-code platforms (Power Platform, UiPath, etc.) is a plus
- Working knowledge of GST and e-invoicing frameworks is a plus
- Exposure to ERP platforms such as SAP, Microsoft D365, Oracle, or ERPNext is a plus
