- Define and maintain the HRMS business architecture: capability map, value streams, process architecture and core business information concepts.
- Translate HR strategy and policy into a target state business architecture and a phased transition roadmap.
- Act as business design authority, reviewing solution designs for alignment with the target architecture and avoiding duplicate capabilities.
- Work with Enterprise, Solution and Data Architects to align business architecture with application, integration and data architecture.
- Engage with senior business stakeholders and IT to shape business outcomes and guide the capture of detailed functional and technical requirements.
- Assess current business processes and capabilities and identify gaps, redundancies and opportunities.
- Coordinate the collection, description, analysis, and prioritization of business requirements.
- Oversee requirements management and end to end traceability across HRMS modules and releases.
- Own the capability roadmap and contribute to the Product Roadmap by keeping track of innovation trends, regulatory workplace, competitive landscape.
- Define scope at epic and feature level, guide the team in breaking it down into user stories, and drive prioritization based on business value.
- Work with Quality Assurance to ensure thorough testing of new software before release.
- Lead the development and maintenance of various product collateral / documents including architecture artefacts, decision records, product presentations, training guides, FAQs, user guides, and demos.
- Assist in UAT and End User Trainings
- Mentor business analysts in the team and establish business architecture standards and practices
