- Stakeholder Management

- Conduct workshops with client finance, IT, and tax teams to understand current invoicing workflows

- Elicit and document AS-IS and TO-BE business processes for invoice generation, approval, and dispatch

- Act as primary liaison between client business teams and Flick's technical/delivery team

2. Regulatory &

- Compliance Analysis

- Interpret e-invoicing mandates (tax authority technical specs, Peppol BIS/PINT rules) and translate them into functional requirements

- Track regulatory updates (e.g., FTA circulars, phased go-live deadlines) and assess impact on client scope

- Support applicability assessments determining which entities/transaction types fall under mandate scope

Field

Mapping &

- Data Analysis

- Map client ERP data fields (SAP, Oracle, Tally, custom ERPs) to the target e-invoice schema (UBL, PINT-AE, etc.)

- Identify data gaps, mandatory vs. optional fields, and data transformation rules

- Document field-level mapping specs for the technical/integration team to build against

4. Gap Assessment

- Perform gap analysis between client's current system capabilities and e-invoicing compliance requirements

- Flag missing master data (tax codes, buyer/seller registration details, UOM codes) and process gaps





- Recommend remediation steps and prioritize based on go-live timelines

5.

Functional

Specification &

- Documentation

- Write Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)

- Prepare RACI matrices, process flow diagrams, and data flow diagrams

- Maintain traceability from business requirement functional spec technical build test case

6.

Testing

Support

- Define UAT test scenarios and acceptance criteria tied to business requirements

- Validate that generated e-invoices meet both business intent and technical schema compliance

- Coordinate UAT sign-off with client stakeholders

7. Change &

- Risk Management

- Manage scope changes and document their impact on timeline/deliverables

- Identify risks (data readiness, client resource availability, regulatory delays) and escalate to Delivery/Project Manager

- Support go-live readiness checklists and post-go-live hypercare issue triage

8. Cross-functional Coordination

- Work with Project Manager on timeline tracking and milestone reporting

- Work with technical consultants on integration design (API/SFTP/middleware specs)

- Support Presales/RFP responses with domain input where needed
