Role and Responsibilities

- Business Analysis & Consulting

● Conduct discovery sessions to understand client business processes, challenges, and goals

● Analyse workflows and identify opportunities for optimisation and automation

● Document business requirements, process maps, and user journeys

● Support consulting workshops focused on transformation and solutioning

- AI-Driven Solutioning

● Identify opportunities to integrate AI (Generative AI, automation, analytics) into business processes

● Assist in designing AI-enabled solutions aligned with business objectives

● Contribute to solution frameworks including AI use cases, automation strategies, and integrations

- Pre-Sales & Solution Support

● Collaborate with sales and consulting teams to prepare demos and proposals

● Translate business needs into scalable and commercially viable solutions

● Support client presentations and solution walkthroughs

- Implementation & Delivery

● Assist in configuring and optimising SaaS platforms (CRM, ERP, HRMS, etc.)

● Work with development teams on customisations and integrations

● Prepare Functional Solution Documents (FSDs)

● Support testing, UAT, and deployment activities

● Ensure successful solution adoption by end users

- Continuous Improvement & Innovation

● Stay updated with AI trends, SaaS innovations, and emerging technologies

● Identify opportunities for process improvement and AI adoption

● Contribute to internal knowledge building and reusable solution assets





Preferred Skills

● 1–3 years in Business Analysis, Consulting, or SaaS implementation

● Exposure to business applications (CRM, ERP, HRMS, etc.)

● Basic understanding or robust interest in AI and automation technologies

● Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving

● Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

● Ability to think consultatively and solution-oriented

● Understanding of process mapping and requirement documentation

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MBA or a related field.
