About The Role

SkillsCapital is seeking talented and experienced Business Analysts to join their team in a fully remote capacity. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale enterprise platforms, cloud-native applications, SaaS products, and AI-driven solutions for a top US multinational corporation. As a Business Analyst, you will act as a vital bridge between business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams, translating complex business needs into well-defined technical specifications.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Analyst, or Systems Analyst.
- Proven expertise in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
- Experience preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, and use cases.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving,



and critical-thinking skills with a focus on detail-oriented deliverables.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, product management, and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including participation in ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a remote, distributed team environment with strong self-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements.
- Elicit, define, and prioritize both functional and non-functional requirements for enterprise applications and digital products.
- Develop detailed documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases to guide development teams.
- Conduct analysis of existing business processes to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, requirement walkthroughs, and solution discussions to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Work in tandem with UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, and project managers throughout the product lifecycle to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
- Support solution design, validate features, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and assist with smooth production rollouts.




- Perform data analysis to identify trends, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making processes.
- Assist in change management activities, including process documentation and development of training materials for end-users.
- Ensure that delivered solutions meet business objectives, customer expectations, and project scope, maintaining quality standards.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement.
