About The Role

We are seeking experienced Business Analysts to join SkillsCapital’s dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely with a globally recognized organization that is at the forefront of enterprise digital transformation. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineering teams, business stakeholders, and customers to gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into high-impact technology solutions used by thousands to millions of users worldwide. Qualifications

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Analyst, or Systems Analyst.
- Proven expertise in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.
- Experience preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Strong analytical,



problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, product management, and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies for project delivery.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a remote, distributed team environment.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements.
- Elicit, define, and prioritize both functional and non-functional requirements for enterprise applications and digital products.
- Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases to guide development teams.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, requirement walkthroughs, and solution discussions to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, and project managers throughout the product lifecycle to ensure seamless delivery.
- Support solution design, feature validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production rollouts to ensure quality and adherence to requirements.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends,



derive business insights, and support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in change management activities, including process documentation and training material development.
- Ensure that delivered solutions align with business objectives, customer expectations, and project scope.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives to promote continuous improvement.
