:

BirdScale is looking for a Business Analyst who will work closely with the management team, customers, internal teams, and software development vendors.

The role will involve both business analysis and project coordination, ensuring that requirements are clearly understood, development work is properly tracked, and projects are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand business and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with software development vendors and internal technical teams.
- Prepare requirement documents, workflows, and task specifications.
- Convert business requirements into clear development tasks.
- Track software development progress, milestones, bugs, and deliverables.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with vendors and developers.
- Coordinate software testing and UAT.
- Participate in customer and internal meetings.
- Prepare MOMs and track action items.
- Follow up with responsible team members until tasks are completed.
- Identify delays, dependencies, and pending decisions and escalate them.
- Maintain project trackers and provide regular status updates to management.
- Support the continuous improvement of BirdScale's software products.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or pursuing a degree in BBA, B.Com, BCA, B.E/B.Tech, MCA, MBA, or a related field.




- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of software development and technology.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and documentation tools.
- Ability to understand requirements and explain them clearly.
- Willingness to work closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Preferred:

- Basic knowledge of APIs, databases, web/mobile applications, GIS, AI/ML or software products.
- Previous project, business analysis, or software-related internship experience.
