Role & Responsibilities

- Gather and analyse requirements from bus operators and internal stakeholders, translating them into clear BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

- Maintain the product backlog and requirement traceability, supporting the prioritization of requests based on business impact, urgency, customer importance, and implementation effort.

- Prepare and execute UAT test scenarios and test cases, documenting defects with clear reproduction steps and coordinating with engineering and QA teams through closure.

- Analyze operational and product data to identify trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities.

- Coordinate with Product Managers, engineering, QA, support teams, and bus operator stakeholders to clarify requirements, monitor progress, resolve dependencies, and support timely delivery.

- Prepare meeting notes, action trackers, release notes, feature documents, status reports, internal FAQs, and leadership review presentations.

Preferred Candidate Profile





- 2-6 years of relevant experience in business analysis, product management, IT consulting, software delivery, or a similar product-focused role.

- Proven ability to independently gather and analyse complex business requirements and convert them into clear BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

- Robust analytical, problem-solving, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with experience coordinating across product, engineering, QA, support, and customer teams.

- Strong proficiency and practical experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence; working knowledge of SQL and wireframing tools is preferred.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region for bus operator meetings, site visits, requirement gathering, UAT, implementation, and post-release support, including outstation and overnight travel when required.
